Join us in this inspiring eight week mindfulness training program which will help you to develop more mental, physical and psychological resilience. We have found that it is beneficial to speak on the phone individually with your teacher before meeting as a group. After enrolling, Mark will be in touch to speak with you briefly about your particular intentions for the course and to answer any questions you may have.

Our goal is to keep the course accessible to all those who could benefit. Health care card-holders and those experiencing financial hardship are welcome to contact Mark to discuss a discount or payment plan. If you are repeating the course you will need to contact Caroline to receive your 20% discount code.

Mark is a psychologist in Wollongong who offers mindfulness courses, counselling, psychological therapy, coaching, clinical supervision and motivational interviewing training. Mark is focused on making mindfulness accessible and directly relevant to everyday experience. As a group facilitator, his encouraging and compassionate approach helps people navigate their inner experience and connect to their values. He enjoys running Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction courses because he gets to witness a transformation in participants, and because it helps him keep up with his own practice. Mark also offers a yearly overseas mindfulness retreat as a way to help people rest, restore and reset from the hectic pace of modern life.
